You'll receive an order confirmation, and our team contacts you within one working day to set up your plan — diet, portions, delivery days — and to arrange your DNA kit.
Can I see the menu before I start?
There isn't a fixed menu on this programme. Your meals are selected from the Rawkure kitchen and ranked against your own profile, so no two members receive the same week. Your dietary requirements, allergies and dislikes are confirmed with you before your first delivery.
How many days a week are meals delivered?
You choose 5, 6 or 7 days a week across the 90-day programme. We set this up with you after checkout, along with portions and delivery days.
Who actually reads my DNA results?
Your nutrigenomic report is provided by NutriGenix and reviewed by Milad Mansoori, Nutrigenomics Specialist. Your meal plan is then built and reviewed by our own DHA-licensed nutrition team. Nothing about your plan is generated and sent without a person looking at it.
How does the Tabby split work?
You split the AED 13,999 into 4 equal monthly payments, interest-free. Choose Tabby at checkout, where the exact monthly amount is shown before you confirm.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown is the all-in amount including VAT. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I buy the DNA test on its own?
No. The DNA kit and its interpretation are part of the 90-day nutrition programme and are provided complimentary with it. We are a nutrition service, not a testing laboratory. For reference, comparable nutrigenomic panels in Dubai typically run AED 2,500 to 4,500.
What does the DNA analysis actually cover?
Nutrition response, metabolism and how you may handle carbohydrates and fats, food tolerances such as caffeine and lactose, nutrient pathways, fitness and recovery, and lifestyle-related areas. You take it once — the results remain yours.
How long until my meals are personalised?
Your kit ships immediately and results typically take three to four weeks. You begin on a clean, macro-based Rawkure plan straight away, and your meals transition once your results have been reviewed.
Can I pause or start later?
Yes. Start when you are ready and pause your deliveries when you travel. Your plan waits for you.
Why is it limited?
Each release is capped by the number of DNA kits we hold and the capacity of our kitchen. When the current release is allocated, the programme closes until the next batch.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Same-day delivery within Dubai. For other emirates, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's possible.
Is this a medical service?
No. Your report and programme are nutrition and lifestyle guidance, designed to work alongside your doctor — not to diagnose, treat or replace medical care. Please discuss any supplement or dietary change with your healthcare professional.
