Delivery Policy

  • Multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • Products are shipped either via 3rd party logistics providers or via our own drivers/vans.
  • Delivery Charges are applicable based on the size of the order and location, and shown at checkout. 


DESSERTS / SWEETS

  • Delivery will be made 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
    (24 hours for Dubai, 48 hours for all other Emirates)
  • Deliveries are made daily to your agreed location as follows:
Dubai: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
Abu Dhabi: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
Al Ghadeer: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
Sharjah: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
Al Ain: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
Ajman: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
UAQ: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM
RAK: MON-SUN 8AM-1PM


MEAL PLANS
  • For Meal Plans, delivery will be made 48 hours later, upon confirmation of meal selection and payment confirmation

  • Meal Plan Deliveries are made daily to your agreed location as follows:

    Dubai: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    Abu Dhabi: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    Al Ghadeer: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    Sharjah: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    Al Ain: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    Ajman: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    UAQ: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
    RAK: MON-SUN 2AM-8AM
