Delivery Policy

• Multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  
• Products are shipped either via 3^rd party logistics providers or via our own drivers/vans.
  
• Delivery Charges are applicable based on the size of the order and location, and shown at checkout.
• Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

DESSERTS / SWEETS

• Delivery will be made 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
  (24 hours for Dubai, 48 hours for all other Emirates)
