Shipping policy

  • We deliver all over Dubai daily and some other Emirates on certain days of the week. Please communicate with our customer service directly for more information.
  • The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
  • Products are shipped either via 3rd party logistics providers or via our own drivers/vans.
  • Delivery Charges are applicable based on the size of the order and location, and shown at checkout.
  • Same day delivery for all orders placed before 12 PM.
  • Next day delivery for all orders placed after 12 PM.
  • Expect a 48 to 72 hours notice for meal plans.
