The 90-Day DNA Protocol

Programme terms. Clear before you start.

What is included, how pausing works, and how your refund is worked out if you stop early.

1What is included

The 90-Day DNA Protocol is AED 14,999 including VAT, paid in full by card or in 4 payments with Tabby. It includes 90 days of Nutritionist Approved meals, your DNA kit and its analysis, specialist interpretation, your Bio-Architecture Report, and Neotrium app access with Ask NEO (early access, rolling out now).

Your DNA kit, its analysis, the interpretation and your reports are complimentary when you complete the full 90 days.

2Pausing

You can pause your deliveries, for example when you travel, by messaging us. A pause is not a cancellation. Your remaining days wait for you.

3Stopping early

If you choose to stop before your 90 days are complete, for any reason, your refund is worked out like this:

  • DNA kit, analysis and interpretation: a fee of AED 3,000 including VAT.
  • Meals delivered: charged at the regular rawkure.com price of the package you were on, based on your diet, plan size, meals per day and delivery days per week. Full weeks are charged at the weekly price, and any part week is charged per delivery day.
  • Your refund: both amounts are deducted from what you paid, and the balance is refunded to you.
  • A firm limit: total charges are never more than the AED 14,999 programme price. If the charges reach what you paid, no refund is due.

Example at current prices. Omnivore, Lean, Breakfast + 2 Mains + Snack, 5 days a week is AED 1,160 a week. You stop after 4 weeks:

4Your reports and data

When you stop early, your digital reports, Neotrium app access and Ask NEO access are closed, and your report data is deleted so it is no longer accessible. Any PDF report already sent to you remains yours.

5How to stop, and refund timing

  • Email info@rawkure.com or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Deliveries stop within 48 to 72 hours of your request. Meals delivered until then are counted.
  • We process your refund within 7 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
  • If you paid with Tabby, the refund is sent to Tabby, which adjusts or refunds your instalments under its own terms.

6Nutrition guidance

Your reports and programme are nutrition and lifestyle guidance, designed to work alongside your doctor. They are not medical care. Please discuss any supplement or dietary change with your healthcare professional.

7Other terms

Our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy also apply. Where they differ, these terms apply to the 90-Day DNA Protocol.

Rawkure may update these terms. The terms in place on the date of your order apply to your programme.
